Mission
I want to help you reach your breastfeeding goals comfortably and with confidence.
My job as a CBC is to support and educate you so that you can make informed decisions when it comes to feeding your baby.
Whether you are pregnant and looking for more information or currently breastfeeding with concerns, I want to give you the guidance and support you need to succeed.
When you put your trust in me I want you to feel safe and confident in your instincts to care for your baby.
I take a natural approach to life and the care I give will reflect that.
About me
I am an open-minded person and am always interested in learning something new. I enjoy being active and living a relatively holistic lifestyle.
I come from the USA where I grew up in California and moved to North Carolina before relocating with my family to Germany at the end of 2023. Before becoming a mom I received my Bachelors degree in Environmental studies with the intention of becoming a park ranger.
In 2020 I gave birth to my first child and was immediately met with complications that led to breastfeeding challenges. I was poorly guided by Dr.s but I followed my instincts and learned the importance of trusting myself and my baby. My determination led me to become Certified as a Breastfeeding Counselor.
Now, as a mom of three, I have plenty of personal experience breastfeeding. I have breastfeed throughout two pregnancy, tandem feed, and nursed into toddler hood.
For now, I want to help other parents and soon to be parents with their concerns on a more casual level. I hope by doing so that I can gain experience while I work toward my goal of being an IBCLC.
Basic
Individual Video Session
This is a single session lasting approximately 45 min.

*An additional 30 min follow up meeting can be added if desired for 25 euros
Standard
Video Session with 3 Follow ups
This is a 1 hour video session with 3 follow up video calls a minimum of 15 min and a max of 30 min.
The follow up appointments are as needed within 3 weeks after the first meeting.

This is a 1 hour video session with 3 follow up video calls lasting 30 minutes.
Plus monthly check ins for 6 months
through email or text.

Scope of Practice
As a Certified Breastfeeding counselor I will be able to support you virtually over video call, text, and email. I will be able to help you troubleshoot breastfeeding problems, answer any questions, and concerns you may have, and provide reliable resources.
Please understand that I am not an IBCLC, which means that I cannot medically diagnose or prescribe medications. It is important to me that you understand that my job is to support you and point you in the right direction if more assistance is needed.
Qualifications
Certified Breastfeeding Counselor with completion of the advanced lactation course through the International Doula Institute.
